Why PoolRound Exists
UK pool and hot tub engineers have no purpose-built software. The US market has mature solutions like Skimmer with 35,000+ users — but nothing exists for the UK, where PWTAG compliance, HSG274 Legionella control, and different industry standards create unique requirements that American tools don't address.
Engineers currently piece together paper round sheets, chemistry spreadsheets, generic field service management tools, and separate invoicing software. The UK hot tub installed base has grown 40%+ since 2020, and the admin burden grows with every new client. PoolRound exists to give UK engineers one tool that handles the lot.
